Use our web site to place your order 24/7. The site is always up and changing regularly. By placing an online order your order will be immediately sent to our distribution center. All orders received on weekends are processed the following business day, including Expedited orders.


Items placed in your shopping cart are not held or reserved for you until you submit your order completely. Our items sell out quickly so if you find something you like we recommend purchasing it quickly!


All intimate bottoms, intimates sets (e.g. bra+panty sets), pantyhose/stockings/tights, socks, self-adhesive bras/pasties, swim sets (e.g. tops+bottoms), swim bottoms, and all cosmetics ARE FINAL SALE. 
No returns or exchanges will be accepted for these items. If the above mentioned items are returned, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping charges.


Peacock In Stilettos prides itself on customer service and satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the ship date. However, we cannot accept garments that have been worn, washed or altered. Simply fill out the return form on the back of your invoice and send us the items you would like to return/exchange.

Peacock In Stilettos recommends that you send back your return with insurance. That way you are protected from the possibility of loss during shipping. Returns take approximately 7 business days to be processed once received. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. Please keep in mind that it takes 7-9 business days for your refund to be posted to your credit card. Shoes returned without the original shoe box may be assessed a $1.00 restocking fee. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Peacock In Stilettos is happy to exchange your merchandise (excluding Final Sale Items) for another size or even another item. We also recommend that you give us a call to hold the item(s) that you want instead. That way it won’t sell out before your original merchandise gets back to us. PLUS we will pay to have your exchange shipped out to you using our Economy Shipping. Coupons cannot be applied to exchange orders or hold orders. For orders placed with a coupon, the coupon will be honored for an even exchange of the same item only.


Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us. Orders shipped via UPS are subject to the ‘Terms and Conditions of Service’ as detailed on



Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Generally, Standard orders ship within 1-3 business days and Expedited orders will be shipped the same day if placed by 12:00 PST or the following business day if placed on the weekend. Not all orders will have tracking numbers.



Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, once an order is submitted it is usually not possible to change or cancel it. Please contact us at to discuss this policy if need be



CREDIT CARD accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards. Credit card is the easiest and fastest form of payment. Just fill in your credit card information on the online form and rest assured that your confidential credit card information is being securely transferred to our payment system.



Domestic shipping is handled by the United States Postal Service or UPS and is based on your purchase total. Use this table to calculate your delivery time & shipping expense. Expedited & 2 Day orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time will be shipped the same day or the following business day if placed on the weekend. Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Please note: some packages may require a signature and will not be released without a signature. The delivery of your package may be delayed if no one is present at the time of delivery. Peacock In Stilettos is not responsible for any delays caused by adverse weather conditions.
